PRODUCTION SPECIALIST L1

The Production Specialist L1 role involves providing technical support to processes, resolving client issues, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to troubleshoot queries, and knowledge of product features.

Requirements

• Effective technical support to processes
• Resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation
• Manage transactions as per required quality standards
• Fielding all incoming help requests from clients
• Document all pertinent end user identification information
• Update own availability in the RAVE system
• Record, track, and document all queries received
• Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
• Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Team leader
• Ensure all product information and disclosures are given to clients
