The Senior Desktop Support role is responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from end-users, ensuring client satisfaction.
Resolve and maintain client software/hardware/network, ensure timely response to tickets, perform root cause analysis, and provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets.
This role requires 3-5 years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on timeliness, client satisfaction, and zero escalations.
