The Desktop Support role is responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network issues. The purpose of the role is to ensure client satisfaction by adhering to defined SLAs and providing timely solutions.
Resolve and manage client software, hardware, and network issues, ensure timely response to tickets, perform root cause analysis, and provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
