Senior Desktop Support

The Senior Desktop Support role provides on-site IT support for providers and practice managers in a clinical workspace. The role involves resolving, maintaining, and managing clients' software, hardware, and network issues as per the defined SLA's. The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day IT support operations at clinical locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of hardware and software-related problems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and vendor software packages
• Replace parts as required
• Adapt to new technologies and implement procedures as needed
