TECHNICAL LEAD L1

The Technical Lead L1 will oversee and support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. They will review performance dashboard and the scores for the team, support the team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance, and ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve all client queries. Additionally, they will develop understanding of process/product for the team members to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• DataBricks - Data Engineering experience
• 5-8 years of experience
• Ability to review performance dashboard and scores for the team
• Ability to support team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance
• Ability to ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve all client queries
• Ability to develop understanding of process/product for the team members to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting
