Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 will oversee process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. They will review performance dashboards, provide technical support and process guidance, and document queries and resolutions. They will also develop understanding of processes and products for team members, identify red flags, and ensure compliance with service agreements.
