Technical Lead - L1

The Technical Lead - L1 is responsible for supporting process delivery, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves overseeing daily transactions, reviewing performance dashboards, and ensuring standard processes and procedures are followed. The Technical Lead will also handle technical escalations, manage and resolve technical roadblocks, and provide product support and resolution to clients.
