The role is responsible for providing techno-functional solutions and bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end processes, providing techno-functional solution support, and implementing business processes and requirements on the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
• Driving end-to-end processes from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment
• Providing techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations
• Supporting solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation
• Writing code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology
• Providing product support and maintenance to clients for a specific ERP solution
• Creating and deploying automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency
• Supporting on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support
