Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in retail/fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and HRIS systems
- Experience in leveraging a variety of platforms and systems - LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and HRIS experience
- A passion for recruiting and a willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract talent
- Experience with situational and behavioral based interviewing techniques
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
- Creative thinkers passionate about data, technology, and building meaningful candidate experiences
- Comfortable working independently within a highly collaborative, fast paced and ever-changing work environment
