Job Description
This position is for a Senior Machinist responsible for manufacturing parts according to plant specifications using manual and CNC machine centers. The role involves setup, program operation, and maintenance of CNC machines, as well as quality control and training of machinists. The Machinist will also collaborate with the Machining Manager to improve processes and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years’ relevant experience
- One to three years’ equivalent combination of both
- Ability to operate CNC machines
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of machine setup and operation
- Quality control and compliance with specifications
