Job Description
Wise Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to assist in maintaining a smooth running service department with exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of Harley-Davidson maintenance and diagnostics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED at minimum, some college preferred
- General knowledge of Harley-Davidson maintenance, systems, parts and diagnostics
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service computer software
- Ability to get along with broad customer base
- Current drivers license with motorcycle endorsement
