Service Coordinator

As our Service Coordinator, you are responsible for responding to the daily needs of our customers, proactively organizing and scheduling work for our field service technicians, driving profitable service revenue, and building strong relationships with our customers based in the Calgary/Southern Alberta region.

Requirements

• Schedule daily/weekly/monthly workload for field service technicians
• Making proactive phone calls to schedule service work
• Selling and promoting parts and services
• Promptly responding to incoming customer inquiries
• Basic troubleshooting to determine customer needs and provide effective solutions
