As our Service Coordinator, you are responsible for responding to the daily needs of our customers, proactively organizing and scheduling work for our field service technicians, driving profitable service revenue, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Requirements
- Schedule daily/weekly/monthly workload for field service technicians.
- Making proactive phone calls to schedule service work.
- Selling and promoting parts and services.
- Promptly responding to incoming customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Basic troubleshooting to determine customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinating the day-to-day work of self and others.
- Parts identification using manuals, business systems and software, and other online resources.
- Organizing service parts required for scheduled work.
- Utilizing computer software and business systems to schedule work and create service work orders.
- Creating repair estimates for customers and providing necessary follow-up.
- Processing transactions daily in a manner that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Reviewing service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
- Collaborating with service team and other internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting with office related tasks such as assisting walk-in customers and vendors, ordering office supplies.
- Assisting with the organization and cleanliness of the service shop/warehouse area.
