Wishpond Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to oversee lead flow, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy in a fully remote position.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, SDR/BDR or sales support roles, or CRM administration
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or similar CRM systems)
- Familiarity with outbound tools such as Instantly or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with teams
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
