KICKOFF CALL SPECIALIST (100% Remote within Canada)

We are hiring a full-time Kickoff Specialist to join our fully remote team. The successful individual could be based anywhere in Canada. As the Kickoff Specialist, you’ll lead one of the most important conversations in the client journey, ensuring every new client clearly understands what we’re delivering, how success will be measured, and the roadmap before execution begins.

Requirements

• Lead kickoff and onboarding calls with all new clients post-sale
• Establish trust and credibility from the first interaction
• Confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables with absolute clarity
• Help clients articulate and quantify success for the first 30, 60, and 90 days
• Guide clients toward realistic strategies and best practices based on their business, budget, and goals
