We are searching for a high-performing Sales Account Executive who doesn't just close deals, they closes the right ones, to join our team. Ideally, the successful candidate is based in the Greater Vancouver area, allowing for in-person office collaborations.
Requirements
- Run a full inbound demo cycle end-to-end: discovery, qualification, demo, close
- Use BANT, SPICED, and ECIR frameworks to qualify with precision and run consistent, repeatable sales motions
- Deliver pain-led discovery conversations that uncover real business needs before pitching solutions
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM
- Contribute to team culture: share what's working, support peers, and raise the floor for everyone around you
- Work with AI-assisted sales tools to improve speed, insight, and execution across your pipeline
- Other duties as assigned.
