Job Description
WithersRavenel is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing Residential Practice Area in Charlotte, NC. The role involves managing projects, client relationships, and mentoring team members, with a focus on diverse project portfolios and land development opportunities. The position is hybrid, requiring collaboration with supervisors to schedule work effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
