Job Description
WithersRavenel is recruiting a Project Manager to join the expanding and innovative Site Civil Practice Area in our Charlotte office. This role involves leading projects from design through permitting, managing teams, and developing client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, and a passion for collaboration and client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience
- Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Solid client service and relationship management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
