Lead Analyst, GTM Productivity Analytics

Join Wiz, a fast-growing startup in cloud security, as a Lead Analyst, GTM Productivity Analytics. You will be responsible for strategic resource allocation, insights, modeling, and systems related to capacity, productivity, and attainment. The role will involve partnering with GTM Leadership and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, designing predictive capacity models, and driving alignment on standardized metrics and methodologies for productivity and attainment reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or a similar data-focused role
• Exceptional ability to synthesise data into actionable insights
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable predictive models, data pipelines, and analytical tools
• A strong understanding of how a high-growth GTM team operates
• Experience with modern data tooling (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Looker)
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
