Job Description
Wizard is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in a highly visible and trusted role. The Chief of Staff will run point on the CEO's world, draft communications, manage the calendar, and own follow-up with direct reports.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, executive operations, consulting, or similar high-accountability role
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to adapt voice to represent someone else at the executive level
- High judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience building lightweight systems to track important information
