Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across core and emerging channels, driving efficient, scalable growth through rigorous experimentation, optimization and close collaboration with other teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid growth roles
• Hands on experience managing paid channels
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Experience with consumer or marketplace products
• Bonus: experience in Agentic AI or e-Commerce spaces
