Customer Success and Engagement Manager

Wizpresso is an award-winning RegTech company based in Hong Kong that leverages domain-specific AI to streamline regulatory compliance, financial & ESG reporting, and due diligence workflows. We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Success and Engagement Manager to lead client engagement across demos, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Conduct product demos, presentations, and onboarding sessions for new and prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for post-sales engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver product and feature training sessions to clients and channel partners.
• Manage customer inquiries, technical issues, and escalation workflows in coordination with product and engineering teams.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through ongoing relationship management.
• Collect user feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve usability, features, and integrations.
• Maintain accurate client records and engagement metrics in CRM systems.
• Support go-to-market activities, including client case studies, product marketing initiatives, and event participation.
