Waste Management is seeking a Landfill Operations Supervisor II to oversee daily landfill operations and staff, with a focus on quality control, safety regulations, and employee performance.

Requirements

• Supervise landfill staff and review work to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate workflow and assignments toward operational goals.
• Supervise and monitor daily landfill operations, and review and control implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Collect weekly and/or monthly readings, create and submit records and reports.
• Oversee personnel needs of the landfill, including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance.
