Landfill Operations Supervisor II supervises daily landfill operations and staff, coordinating workflow and ensuring quality control, safety regulations, and company policies. Oversees personnel needs, including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Coordinates repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Equipment operating, health, safety and environmental regulations knowledge, and supervisory experience
