Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the integration, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and assistant drivers, as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with personnel in direct contact with customers.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma (accredited) or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class 5)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- At least 18 years old
