Job Description
WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Healthcare Specialist to conduct clinical review of cases, requires active PRC and USRN License, 2 years of hospital and medical records experience, excellent communication skills and knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain.
Requirements
- Active PRC and USRN License
- At least 2 years of hospital and medical records experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.
- Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
- Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift
- Willing to work on holidays / weekends
