Job Description
The Regional Leader of Northern New Jersey will lead the successful growth of the region, manage business development, project planning, and team engagement, and provide leadership to ensure positive and profitable relationships with external parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or similar field, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of experience in management role required, 15 to 20 years preferred
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel including overnight travel
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
