Requirements
- Connect with 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
- Confidently close sales over the phone using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
- Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
- Support project managers with closing and follow-up conversations.
- Handle cancellation requests with professionalism and care.
- Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals.
- Keep everything organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM
