Job Description
Wolt is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to build strong partnerships and deliver great service to partners in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Sopot. The role involves supporting partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to maximize their business potential on the platform.
Requirements
- Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar partner-facing role
- Experience working with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills and fluency in both Polish and English
- Commercially aware and comfortable working in sales-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics; familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus

- Competitive total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 11 150 PLN - 13 938 PLN gross per month
- Base salary represents 80% of the OTE range above
