Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, partner operations or comparable growth roles
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong analytical skills and a process optimization mindset
- Experience in controlling performance indicators and implementing initiatives on a large scale
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
