Job Description
OpenTable is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of restaurants and provide full customer lifecycle support. The role requires a native German speaker with English language proficiency and 5+ years of account management experience.
Requirements
- Native German speaker and English language proficiency
- 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience
- Validated customer service skills
- Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry (strongly preferred)
- College degree required
