We are looking for a Support Team Lead to join our Support team in Serbia, working fully remotely. The Support team is responsible for delivering world-class support and creating experiences that leave a smile on every user's face. As a Support Team Lead, you'll guide and inspire your team to deliver exceptional support and combine leadership, problem-solving, and innovation to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, partners, and couriers every day.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in customer support or customer experience
- Strong analytical skills — you enjoy working with data and turning insights into action
- Fluent in Serbian and English (C1)
- A true people person who loves motivating and empowering others
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn (and teach!) new tools and systems
- A can-do attitude and positive energy — you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
