Customer Success Associate

We are seeking dynamic Customer Success Associates to join our growing teams across the country to provide legal and compliance services to customers.

Requirements

• Deliver prompt and professional service to customers
• Provide consultative customer service and determine customer goals and compliance challenges
• Proactively manage the full-life cycle of the order process and drive cross-selling opportunities
• Manage your own customers and customer escalations and work across Customer Service function to complete or resolve customer requests
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and other key partners
