Job Description
We are looking for support for our sales support team at Wolters Kluwer Deutschland GmbH. Your tasks will include handling orders, creating orders, and onboarding new large customers on our online platform. We offer 3 days/week mobile work, 30 days of vacation, and a modern office in Hürth near Cologne.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or telephone sales
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
- Safe handling of modern communication media and experience with complex IT systems (CRM or ERP, preferably with Salesforce)
- Good German language skills
