Requirements
- Completed business education or business studies
- Several years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service with an international focus
- Demonstrated leadership experience, strong communication, and assertiveness skills
- Excellent ERP and process knowledge (ideally ProAlpha) and export expertise
- High customer and service orientation, combined with a structured and reliable work approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent German and English language skills and ability to work in an international environment
