The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the Won’t Stop Hospitality kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
Requirements
- Assist with the organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive throughout the shift.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized, dried, and stored according to company and health standards.
- Manage the safe use and handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
- Replenish clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to designated stations and service areas.
- Assist with light prep work as needed.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean, dry, and safe working floor in the dish area.
- Demonstrate a “clean as you go” mentality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with back-of-house and front-of-house team members to support service flow.
- Adhere to Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. policies
- Practice “clean as you go” habits and complete assigned closing or side work duties.
- Uphold all company food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
- Other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
