Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communication, or technology)
- Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation is accurate and thorough
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of customer support tools (e.g., ticketing systems such as Hubspot, and chat platforms such as Intercom)
