Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Business Development to join our team and support new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, account management, or project management, and is a strong communicator with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Qualify inbound new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits
- Lead RFP responses and participation in pitches
- Develop a highly targeted vertical industry pursuit strategy
- Create capabilities and pitch presentations
- Manage written proposal submissions
- Manage the proposal process
- Define the structure, scope, duration, and staffing of projects
- Work across the full spectrum of creative agency services
