Join Woodcraft Rangers as a Club Leader and make a positive impact on youth in your community. As a Club Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for club participants, developing and leading age-appropriate program activities, and building positive relationships with program participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED (AA Degree in Child Development or a related field preferred)
• Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification
• Ability to work well with young children and/or youth
• Good oral and written communication
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn
