L&D Training Manager

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking an L&D Training Manager to manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional development initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, energetic, ambitious, proactive, and positive
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Comfortable on camera and in live virtual sessions with students and peers
• Knowledge of experiential learning theory and adult learning principles
• Strong understanding of youth development, expanded learning programs, and education systems
• Experience in training design, facilitation, and program implementation
• Prior experience supervising or leading teams
• Commitment to data-driven decision-making, evaluation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, Forms, Planner, PPTX)
• Stable internet access
• Valid LIVE Scan
