Woodcraft Rangers is seeking an L&D Training Manager to manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional development initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, energetic, ambitious, proactive, and positive
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Comfortable on camera and in live virtual sessions with students and peers
- Knowledge of experiential learning theory and adult learning principles
- Strong understanding of youth development, expanded learning programs, and education systems
- Experience in training design, facilitation, and program implementation
- Prior experience supervising or leading teams
- Commitment to data-driven decision-making, evaluation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, Forms, Planner, PPTX)
- Stable internet access
- Valid LIVE Scan
