Maintenance Technician

Woodcraft Rangers seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a broad skill set across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping. The role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, work on ladders, and perform tasks in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in technology tools, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to reside on-site during camp sessions if required
• First Aid/CPR certification
• TB Clearance
• Successful completion of livescan/background check with DOJ, FBI
