Job Description
Manager Regulatory & Compliance III Trion is a position that ensures timely and holistic interpretation of the regulatory framework is provided to the project, and that appropriate actions are taken to achieve compliance. The role will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s ongoing compliance with regulations set forth by relevant government authorities. The role will be based in Mexico and will report to the Trion Project Deputy Director, with the expectation that it will later transition into the Production Unit prior to start-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with specialization in regulatory law or similar
- 10 years’ experience in similar roles in the O&G industry
- Offshore experience is highly desirable
- In depth understanding of Mexican regulatory framework for the O&G industry
- Legal background on similar roles
- Risk identification and management
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Effective communication
- Enabler of creative solutions and teamwork
