Job Description
Worcester Eisenbrandt is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist for a full time office position. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. The accountant will also step in to do payroll in the absence of the current payroll admin.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience (ADP and Foundation is a plus)
- Proven accounting experience
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
