Lead licensing, lead worker training, commercial experience, and 1+ year of lead abatement experience required

Project Manager
5+ years experience in construction project management and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Glazier (glass)
2+ years of commercial glazier experience, ability to stand and lift heavy objects
Caulker
1-10 years of experience in caulking and similar trade work
Painters
Minimum 3–5 years of commercial painting experience, lead certification, and valid driver’s license
Accounting Specialist
Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3-5 years of experience, proven accounting experience, and competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
Caulker / Pointer / Restoration Mechanic
Experience with caulking, joint sealing, and tuckpointing, physical abilities to work on scaffolding, and ability to lift heavy objects
