Job Description
Caulker / Pointer / Restoration Mechanic for historic restoration construction company Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI) in the DMV metropolitan area, requiring extensive experience with caulking, joint sealing, and tuckpointing, and physical abilities to work on scaffolding and lift heavy objects.
Requirements
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding
- Use hands and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate tools and materials
- Maintain good visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when required
