Construction Project Manager to oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, Site Supervision, and completion for a historic restoration construction company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, architectural drawings, specifications, and information processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying sizes
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between job sites and the office
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks for access to secure job sites
