As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full new-business sales cycle for the UK market, working with senior stakeholders to position Workable as the platform of choice for companies ready to transform their hiring and people operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS new business closing experience with large accounts (500+ employees)
- Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Experience conducting discovery sessions, delivering product demos, and applying a consultative sales approach
- Track record managing complex sales cycles, including procurement and commercial negotiation
- Successful experience closing deals with annual contract values between $20,000 and $100,000
- Hands-on experience using a CRM for forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to navigate Procurement and Finance stakeholders in enterprise deals
- Professional proficiency in English
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Ability to travel within the UK approximately 5% of the time
- Availability to start within 3 months
