Senior AI Software Engineer

Workana is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join their client, a family-owned legal services business, in transforming their operations through advanced AI and software solutions. The role will focus on leading the development of cutting-edge agentic orchestration systems, including a SaaS Conversion and Deposition Agent System, and will require strong integration skills, Python expertise, and knowledge of agentic orchestration and MCP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience with agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols
• Strong coding skills in Python, with the ability to leverage "vibe coding" tools for rapid development
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and connecting multi-system environments
• Understanding of SaaS product architecture and deployment
• Ability to work autonomously while following high-level direction from the CTO
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to emerging AI technologies
