Senior Finance Lead

DMG Entertainment is seeking a Senior Finance Lead to bring structure, speed, and strategic thinking to the finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and improving financial processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Strong finance leader with U.S. compliance knowledge
• Proactive mindset and ability to help the business scale
• Experience in U.S. accounting, financial compliance, and reporting
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IRS regulations, and general U.S. financial controls
• Experience working with U.S.-based entities and advising on accounting treatment, financial structure, and compliance decisions
• Ability to guide bookkeepers and finance support staff with a strong understanding of how transactions should be classified and managed
• Experience improving finance processes, reporting workflows, and planning practices
• Openness to AI tools, automation, and modern finance systems
• Strong strategic thinking, ownership, and communication skills
