Senior Finance Lead

DMG Entertainment is a global media and entertainment company seeking a Senior Finance Lead to modernize financial operations, improve reporting and cash flow visibility, and introduce smarter systems and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Ensure strong compliance with U.S. financial regulations and standards, including GAAP, IRS requirements, SEC reporting, and SOX where applicable
• Provide guidance and direction to bookkeepers and other finance support staff, ensuring work is coded and structured correctly from an accounting and tax perspective
• Improve and modernize financial processes by identifying opportunities for automation and better workflow design
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered and finance technology tools to improve reporting speed, accuracy, forecasting, and decision-making
• Help design scalable accounting and finance processes for a growing business, with a strong focus on efficiency and control
• Present financial insights and recommendations clearly to company leadership and key stakeholders
• Assess the operational and compliance implications of adopting new AI and financial tools, including data integrity, privacy, and audit trail considerations
